Chicago Gourmet 2015 Photo Round-Up

The most delicious weekend of the year happened this past weekend, the 8th annual Chicago Gourmet! This year marked my third year in attendance and I have to say, it was the best year yet. Once again we were fortunate enough to have great (albeit cloudy) weather, and the lineup of chefs, Master Sommeliers, beer-, wine- and spirits-makers were great! There were endless food and drink samples, seminars, demos, book tastings and events! It's hard to pick my favorite dishes, but I will highlight three that made the top of my list:
