This Isn't Your Mama's Gino's East

The newest location of Chicago-style pizza chain, Gino's East opened just last week in River North. The new restaurant is housed in the former LaSalle Power Co. space at LaSalle and Illinois and boasts three floors, three kitchens and two full bars.

I stopped by the grand opening party last week to check out the massive new space. It definitely fit in with the neighborhood and the huge space would be perfect to host a party or event. The bar menu is extensive and includes a nice selection of local brews, including options from Revolution Brewing and 5 Rabbit. The menu features classic deep dish pizza of course, but also other options such as sandwiches and salads to satisfy all types of cravings. Check out the newest Gino's East location the next time you need your deep dish fix or just want to kick back with a few beers and watch a game!
